Porto born and based, his work has merged documental and commercial filmmaking, visual arts and the written word, building a reputation for creating emotionally engaging films in challenging environments and locations.
He has produced and directed award-winning fashion and commercial films, music videos and documentaries, aimed at a clientele that is appreciative of the verticality in thought, time as truth, and functional simplicity.
In 2010 he founded LeJoy, an atelier focused on the production of original content for affiliated brands, agencies and the arts, as well as the development of independent projects that explore culturally and environmentally relevant narratives — Originals.
LeJoy provides a full service development, production and post-production workflow through an open network of like-minded partners and collaborators.
